A couple questions here. First, I already only eat 1 meal a day for the most part, and the in-betweens are not junk food. My guess is that I need to just look at the calories? Second, has anyone looked at your blood sugar? I would guess this type of diet is stressing your pancreas. Diabetics are taught to eat often, in moderation, and low in carbs to assure glucose stays within healthy parameters. I always thought most of us could benefit from that regime.
